Claims & Returns

NEW ITEMS RETURNS / EXCHANGES
We understand that, occasionally, you may need to return or exchange merchandise, and we are happy to consider your request.  However, it is our expectation that the items being returned or exchanged will be in condition that allows Aspen Home Staging to resell these products.  Should you choose to return/exchange your product(s), a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be requested within 30 days of the item being received.   To acquire a Return Merchandise Authorization number, email info@AspenHomeStaging.com and file a claim.  All items returned will be issued a credit memo, which can be applied on future orders. 
All returned or exchanged product must have this RMA number clearly noted on every carton.  Items received without an RMA number will be refused.  Customers are responsible for arranging for return freight.  All return shipping charges must be paid by the customer.  No COD shipments are accepted.  Freight charges on the initial shipment are nonrefundable. We do not accept international returns. Any items that Aspen Home Staging agrees to resell will not incur return shipping fees. 
Items must be returned in original new condition and in their original packaging.  You may open and inspect an item, however they must be repackaged as originally sent, including all hardware and instructions.  A restocking fee of 20% of the invoice price will be charged for all returns.
Our products are not tested or approved for hospitality/commercial use. Placing them in this setting voids all warranty.  They are offered as-shown only and customization is not available.  No COM.
DAMAGES
Aspen Home Staging has in place comprehensive quality programs to ensure that your product is produced without issues, however sometimes problems do occur.  If your product is being delivered using a Aspen Home Staging carrier, please inspect your product upon receiving your shipment.  If you notice obvious box damage, please note the damage on the delivery receipt the driver gives you to sign and notify the driver of the damage. 
If you are using your own carrier, your driver should inspect your product and note any damages or concerns before the product is loaded.  While we will always be happy to assist you with defects in workmanship and materials, we are not responsible for damages incurred by your carrier.
Aspen Home Staging offers a variety of ways to help you with getting your product repaired or replaced, but they all start with emailing info@AspenHomeStaging.com and filing a claim.  

USED, 2ND HAND AND SHOWROOM DISCOUNTED RETURNS / EXCHANGES
All items used, consigned, 2nd hand and/or showroom/staged are sold As-Is, and final. These items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
